Coaching Terms

For the coaching packages — at the gym, at your place, or online on Zoom.

• Sessions are 60 minutes, one-on-one.
• Minimum 12 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.
• Sessions cancelled by the client within 12 hours count as completed.
• If I cancel within 12 hours, you receive an extra session at no cost.
• Sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Payment is in AED. An invoice is sent for every purchase.

Refunds

Unused sessions are refundable. Sessions you have already completed are not. If I cannot continue coaching you for any reason, every unused session is refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Email nemanja.ristic711992@gmail.com. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of the request.
